Jackie Chada Nuckles’ practice is devoted exclusively to the representation of injured clients. She has represented hundreds of individuals who have been seriously injured in automobile collisions, truck accidents, and workplace incidents. She has also represented individuals who are injured by unsafe products and as a result of nursing home abuse or neglect.
Jackie graduated in 2004 from Marquette University Law School and began her legal career working on behalf of insurance companies, where she developed a keen understanding of how claims are evaluated. Her passion, however, has always been representing people who have been injured, so after three years in insurance defense Jackie happily joined a reputable law firm devoted solely to representing those who have suffered personal injuries.
Since that time, Jackie has assisted countless clients in reaching settlements of their claims without having to file lawsuits. When settlements cannot be reached, she diligently works with her clients to represent them through the litigation process.
Jackie is passionate in her representation and believes that every injured client deserves their attorney’s personal attention. For that reason, Jackie is involved in every aspect of her clients’ cases, from intake and investigation to resolution.
In addition to her practice of law, Jackie is actively involved in the community. She believes attorneys are in a unique position to provide essential assistance to community members. Jackie serves as a volunteer attorney at the Marquette Volunteer Legal Clinic, which provides free legal advice and referrals to those in need of guidance. She also serves on the board of a Christian daycare center in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin.
Jackie is a current member of the Wisconsin State Bar, Wisconsin Association for Justice, and American Association for Justice. She is also a proud supporter of St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
In 2008, Jackie was named in Cambridge Who’s Who Among Executives, Professionals and Entrepreneurs and in 2010-2012 and 2014 she was named a Rising Star by Milwaukee Magazine. She has been a speaker for the Wisconsin Association for Justice, the Milwaukee Bar Association, the Professional Association of Wisconsin Licensed Investigators, the Wisconsin Bar Association Annual Convention, and TrialSmith.
Jackie is a life-long resident of the Milwaukee area. She currently resides in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin with her husband and three daughters.
