Attorney Jackie Chada Nuckels

As a personal injury trial attorney with Groth Law Firm, S.C. Jacqueline Chada Nuckels works tirelessly on behalf of her clients to ensure they get the best results possible.

Attorney Jackie Nuckels was born in Greendale, Wisconsin. She attended Greendale public schools, before heading to DePere, Wisconsin to attend St. Norbert College. While in college, Jackie Nuckels was an active member of various community service groups and student government. It was during a service trip to Washington, DC that Jackie decided to pursue a career in law to advocate on behalf of those without a voice.

Following her graduation from St. Norbert, cum laude, Jackie attended Marquette University Law School, where she was again involved in volunteer organizations and student government. While in law school, Jackie gained invaluable experience as an intern to the late Honorable Ted E. Wedemeyer of the Wisconsin Court of Appeals and the Legal Aid Society of Milwaukee. Throughout her law school career, Jackie also maintained employment as a law clerk at a successful Brookfield law firm. Jackie graduated from Marquette University Law School with her Juris Doctor.

In 2010 Attorney Nuckels was selected for inclusion in Wisconsin Rising Stars, as listed in the December issue of Milwaukee Magazine, Super Lawyers & Rising Stars.  While up to five percent of the lawyers are named to Super Lawyers, no more than 2.5 percenet are named to the Rising Stars list.  In 2008, Jackie was named in Cambridge Who's Who Among Executives, Professionals and Entrepreneurs. Robin Thomas, Paralegal for Groth Law Firm, S.C.

Robin's experience has been focused on personal injury, wrongful death, nursing home negligence, and medical malpractice cases. She earned an Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies from Amarillo College in Amarillo, Texas. While in college Robin earned membership into Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society.

Robin is a member of the Paralegal Affiliated Unit of the Wisconsin Association for Justice (WAJ) and has participated in several seminars presented by WAJ. In the past, Robin served as a Center Volunteer with the Milwaukee County Small Claims Self-Help Center.
